Hire Aria (“Hire Aria”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Raudhah Tech. By creating an account or using the service at hirearia.net (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Hire Aria is an AI-assisted marketing and sales tool. It helps you plan, create, schedule, and manage marketing content and inbound conversations. AI-generated output may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published, sent, or relied upon. You approve every outbound action.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the content and business information you upload. You must have the right to use any brand, logo, or material you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, to violate any platform’s terms (e.g. social networks, WhatsApp), or to break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
